Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Live Astrology Consultations

This section applies to all one-on-one audio, video, or in-person consultations with Anirudhya Debnath.

• Rescheduling by Kalpurush.in: Astrology requires deep focus and optimal planetary alignments. To ensure the highest quality of service, Anirudhya Debnath and Kalpurush.in reserve the right to reschedule any client's appointment to an alternative date and time, up to 60 days from the originally scheduled appointment. If we must reschedule your session, our team will notify you promptly and offer alternative time slots within that 60-day window. If the newly proposed dates are unsuitable for you, you may request a 100% full refund.
• Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Client Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your consultation entirely, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are strictly non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you do not join the session within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for free.

2. Digital Astrology Courses

This section covers all pre-recorded courses, downloadable materials, and digital educational content available on Kalpurush.in.

• Final Sale: Because digital educational content is delivered instantly and can be consumed immediately, all sales of digital astrology courses are final and non-refundable.
• Exceptions: A refund will only be considered if there is a proven technical defect with the course files that prevents you from accessing the content entirely, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report.
• Account Access: Course enrollments and login credentials are for individual use only and are non-transferable.

3. Payment and Refund Processing

• Initiation: Approved refunds for live consultations or valid digital course exceptions will be processed by our team within 3 to 5 business days of the refund request.
• Method: Refunds will strictly be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
• Bank Timelines: Once initiated by Kalpurush.in, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your bank or payment gateway to process the transaction and reflect the amount in your account.

4. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Kalpurush.in is committed to addressing consumer grievances transparently and promptly.
